When compared to the previous month, the median price, average price and the number of sales increased in March 2011.
The average days (the days taken for listing to actual sale)on the market went down to 64 days while it was 70 days in February-2011.Most of the homes were selling at a price very close to the listing price. In some cases the sale price was crossing the list price.
